Adolfo Ibañez. This lower pessimism opens up opportunities for improvement in company operations, which is becoming a relevant issue. This is how the trend is being observed at the aggregate level in Chile, as in some Latin American countries, such as Mexico and Colombia, although we cannot ignore different realities at a disaggregated level.
Senior executives are viewing positive long-term prospects. What is relevant now is that this less pessimism, certainly moderate and fragile, allows them to realize that things can be done better in a sustainable way, improving their productivity from within, embracing the experience of these months that leave learning, and not just losses , and adjusting the changes together with their teams, so as not to stay only in increasing confidence, but also to focus now on improving results in the long term, already aiming for 2021 and beyond.
